We provide the same services included in the Full Service Property Management, except making the calls to vendors for repair and maintenance requests. Owners will be equipped and prepared with the list of our preferred vendors so that you have peace of mind when a repair is needed.

Have a family member living alone who could benefit by having someone check on their property? Need to leave for an extended period of time, whether it be for a work assignment or a vacation? Are you an international investor or a bank, and would like updates on your vacant property?
Vacant properties can surprisingly experience a host of issues. Pests including cockroaches can detect when there is no human activity in a property and will infest your living areas. Multiple lines can at any time start to leak - 2 water lines at every sink, 1 water line at every toilet, 1 refrigerator water line, water heater, dishwasher line, washer line, etc. During the raining season, roof leaks are common and can cause catastrophic damages if left unattended. Having water sit at a fixture without being ran can cause fixture damage, including calcification of the openings. We can help to minimize potential damages by giving you updates of your property up to 4 times a month.
A few things we can do at every home check include:
1. Bring in the mail and upon your request, email you a photo of important documents.
2. Visually inspect the interior and exterior of your property.
3. Check for leaks – all water valves to sinks, toilets, washers, water heaters etc., including inspecting your ceilings throughout the home for any roof leaks.
4. Run hot/cold water lines at every sink and shower to prevent calcification and fixture damage.
5. Turn on automobiles.
